The AAAR Blossom Tour –

The Blossom Tour is the first AAAR event of the year and usually takes place either the end of May or the first week in June.  Club members are to meet between 12:30 and 1 p.m.  On Tour Day the tour will take a leisurely pace somewhere close to the city stopping at various points of interest , proceeding to the designated location. Depending on road conditions we may bypass some of the rough terrain. The tour will end up with a pot luck /wiener roast will take place around 4 p.m. with a social . This is always a fun event and a great way to get the old cars back on the road after a long winter recess.

 

“Summer” Tour - A fun-filled weekend cruise with activities for the whole family at a different location every year!

 

“Kelly’s Kapers” Usually held  in September, the last AAAR Tour of the year. Kelly’s Kapers originated by former club members Russ & Dorthy Kelly. It was held north of Regina and consisted of several tours then returning to the Kelly farm for pot luck/weiner roast. The entertainment usually involved a quiz or antique auto identification game therefore the name “Kapers.” Recently the tours have been to various garages and car collections in the Regina area ending up at various locations for social and pot luck/weiner roasts. The “Kaper” quiz has remained a fun part of the event.
